Conference "Urban Simplex"

On 27 February 2024, following the publication of Decree-Law no. 10/2024 of 8th January, which reforms and simplifies urban planning and land-use planning procedures, the Lisbon Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association held a conference on various matters related to the "Urban Simplex".

The conference was attended by several well-known speakers in the field of urban planning law, including Luciano Marcos, who presented the topic related to: "The timing and reasons for the January 2024 reform: critical appraisal of a new paradigm for the relationship between the public administration and private individuals".
